Page comments I have tried a few cheese straw recipes but reckon this will be the keeper. They are very very good. The dough seemed wet enough but I added the cream anyway and whatever it does - it works. Lovely texture and crunch. Had no chilli flakes so chopped up a couple of dried chillies.
