Dinner report, 27th May

A wonderful summer supper in late May! We thoroughly enjoyed finally being able to get our hands on some proper summer produce.

 

On a more serious note, we would like to reassure all guests and potential guests that we are taking the E.coli food poisoning scare very seriously. In addition to our usual hygiene routines, any fruit and vegetables to be eaten raw are also being briefly submerged in boiling water, or in the case of salad leaves, soaked for five minutes in salt water.

 

There were not so many table artists last week, but judging by the scribbles (viewable below), some interesting conversations were clearly taking place, including a Chinese lesson and a theory regarding aliens.

 

We enjoyed ourselves very much, as always, and hope to see all our wonderful guests from last Friday again soon.
